- Added CMakeLists.txt for build configuration
- Added screenshots for the README file
- Updated README with latest firmware setup instructions
- Renamed 'src' folder to 'test' for better organization
- Updated Python script with the latest changes
- Changed device name to 'Friend' in the codebase

BACKEND_DIR was relative, causing double-nested paths after cd into Backend-Rust (e.g. Backend-Rust/Backend-Rust/google-credentials.json). Now resolved to absolute path at script start. Also make check_schema_docs.sh non-fatal — script may not exist in all checkouts and was killing run.sh under set -e. Fixes FRICTION #24. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
