Team method is not working, my account is getting suspended

Hello, the team method is not working, i logged out , used your app to clean the vs code and then created account using protonmail and it blocked me right after first message. please helppp

other information: yes i did had a chat history, but as instructed on read me i did logged out from extention before using the cleaner app
