New function: Repeat scheduled jobs

It should be possible to schedule job to be running from a date 1 until date 2, or possibly a set number of times.

Example:

• Run job every X (eg.12 hours) from the 20th and until the 28th each month
• Run job every X (eg. 12 hours) for Y number of times
