What was done

  • It was decided that user stories were to be divided into sub tasks to facilitate work distribution.
  • Made sure everyone's development environment was set-up and ready to use.
  • Reorganized which tasks were to be completed for sprint 2 (registration, login, image uploaded); some user stories were pushed back to sprint 3, but their tasks will be started early in sprint 2.
  • Decided that Firebase will be the database used moving forward.
