Currently prop titles rotate with rotation of prop instance.

Describe your preferred solution

Make Prop Title "look-at" player; does NOT need to change aspect vertically, just horizontally.

Describe any considered alternatives

None others.

Would also like to see uniform size for Billboard Titles; they can become very large depending on the amount of text.
