Idea is pretty simple:
"time" makes the item last for said time and then you need to buy it again (for example, "time" "60.0" will give the player effect for 60 seconds and then it will remove the effect.)
"team" restricts the powerups to a certain team; can be replaced or added with a "boss" setting if FF2 module is included.
