Adds "Anime" as a first-class category alongside Movies, TV, Audio, Books, XXX, and Other. The normalizeCategory function now checks for "anime" in Prowlarr's category mapping strings before falling through to the generic prefixes, so categories like "TV/Anime" and "Movies/Anime" map to "Anime" instead of "TV" or "Movies". Regenerated the builtin catalog — 273 category entries across the 547 indexers now carry the Anime tag (indexers like Nyaa, AniDex, TokyoTosho, etc. that were previously bucketed under TV or Other). Adds Anime as a first-class indexer category. Regenerates the builtin catalog so anime-focused indexers (Nyaa, AniDex, TokyoTosho, etc.) are tagged correctly instead of falling into TV or Other.
