  Automated tests for a sample SaaS application (https://demo-saas.bugbug.io).
  Implemented using Playwright (TypeScript), with tests covering login, ticket management, and form handling.
  Executed automatically in a CI/CD pipeline via GitHub Actions on each push to main.
  Results are exported to Playwright's built-in HTML reports.
