Exclude jsHint for `vendor` files

Version 1.0.1 was just released, containing the following update:

• The js linting (using jsHint) isn't run for files in a /vendor/ dir anymore. You should only include external files there, that shouldn't be linted.

Initial release after rewrite

No important issues occured, so let's go for 1.0!
