Install (one-time Gatekeeper step)

This beta is unsigned (no Apple Developer certificate yet), so macOS will warn on first launch:

1. Open the .dmg and drag BoringSheets to Applications.
2. Right-click (or Control-click) the app → Open, then click Open in the dialog.
