The model name and software don't necessarily have to match. At least that's the case with my LW81: Home Assistant and Luxtronik both display L1A. I recommend verifying the software changes. There might be some unwanted changes. In my case, the latest version changed the behavior of Party Mode in relation to lock-out times, which is why I won't be upgrading. |

https://myuplink.com/ is an easy way to automatically update using the right firmware. It's not the most reliable, so sometimes, I still need to update by hand. Before using myuplink, I used to heatpump24 link and it always worked. |

@AJediIAm @MrEarl Thank you very much or your reply.
Is it because it is a Aeroheat from CTA and not Alpha Innotec? At least the software is from Alpha Innotec. |

Yes, what you have definitely looks like a Luxtronik which is used by Alpha Innotec, Siemens Novelan, etc. and apparently CTA as well. |

Hi everyone
First of all: Your work is amazing ❤️! I enjoy this integration so much.
I was excited as it even showed me that the firmware of my heatpump can be updated. I tried to figure out which firmware to download before I used this integration. But I really was not sure how to reliably find out which model I really have. Now the integration shows me following information:
Are we sure that the download ID 2 is correct? What if I pick the wrong Software and upload it? When I visit https://www.heatpump24.com/DownloadArea.php?layout=0 I can't find the WP Type LW 8. I am confused...
Thank you very much!
Roman
