🔄 Main changes

Lots of texture now display, but not enterely good
NORMAL is the new defaut setting for graphism preset

Tested on a Real Wii

Texture fix :
Fixed VQ textures (see commit)

Regression :

Some regression because of NORMAL set as new defaut setting :

2D Lines appears in 2D Games (choose LOW)

Shenmue hangs when Ryo enters the door in the intro (choose LOW)
