It was already in alpha0.41 but caused a FPS regression. See #78

Default : off (faster)

CACHE

CACHE_FAST moved to CACHE_NORMAL
CACHE_NORMAL moved to CACHE_QUALITY

old CACHE_FAST from alpha 0.40 is restored as CACHE_FAST

CACHE_NORMAL is the default CACHE preset (overall = good accuracy and performance)
