A placehlder, that would show if the teamchat si activated. At least on my server somtimes happens, that player sends message to global chat thinking that he is sending it to island chat. Simple placeholder in scoreboard would solve this.

What should the text say? "Yes" or "On"? I assume this should be localized to the user's language too.

I would recommend a slightly different placeholder "name", for consistency: %[gamemode]_chat_island_on% and %[gamemode]_chat_team_on%.
