Chores and minor new feature

Chores:

1. Update copyright dates from 2024 to 2024-2025 globally.
2. Remove trailing white space globally.
3. Update version in fpm.toml.

Feature:

1. The file_t derive type's write_lines type-bound generic binding now has a new supporting specific procedure that accepts a character file_name.
