  • Add a wiki/pubs directory New wiki/pubs directory will be used for locally mirroring archival publications and documents. Move redundant copies of the spec and guide added to docs/ in 62ff24d for no apparent reason to the pubs directory instead, restoring wiki/docs to be a simple mirror of the source/docs for the current release. Add a note explaining this mirroring. Update release procedure accordingly.
