  • Document upcxx-jsrun as the preferred launcher on Summit This commit is a near-total rewrite of the "Job launch on Summit" section of `site-docs.md`. In addition to the new text, this section is relocated to precede the "Batch jobs" and "Interactive example" sections which are updated to replace use of `upcxx-run` with `upcxx-jsrun`. The sections "Network ports on Summit" and "Correctness with multiple I/O buses" have been simplified, and "Multi-process port selection" has been removed.
