Other gems: updated to versions that fix various vulnerabilities.
Non-Chrome tests pass locally but I had issues getting Selenium running because I haven't cleared out all the Airflow stuff yet and my Docker volume is still giving me issues. Hoping CI doesn't find anything.
Tagging known Framework devs as I'm not sure who is available for reviewing this; it probably only needs one sign-off.
