Crewai memory issue

While accessing the memory pram (memory=True) in Crew object. I got the quota issue even I have enough quota limit and billing.
Error:
Failed to add to long term memory: Failed to convert text into a Pydantic model due to error: litellm.RateLimitError: RateLimitError: OpenAIException - You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.
