change folder name and link from readme

Hi Anna @arpoe ,

would it be ok for you if we rename the "biostatistics" folder to the name of the session? I tried to structure it this year in a way that every sesssion has its own folder with a leading number. I also added a link to your notebook from the readme.

Let me know what you think and/or merge right away :-)
