Just a note of something of potential interest : the pull request by @scivision for "upstream" PDCurses wmcbrine/PDCurses#135 looks as if it has some bits that may be of interest for us, including use of GitHub Actions to build using CMake. (And vice versa; I would think some of the work in this fork could be of interest to @scivision.)
There would be some limits to the sharing we could do, since we support a variety of platforms and configurations not available in the upstream fork. But there's a heck of a lot of overlap.
