Common issues,errors & solutions

Here we describe common issues and errors that can occur, and also how to solve them.

The plugin can't load order state status.

This could be due to that the theme is caching the plugins files. If any of the following folders exist in the path /themes/active_theme/modules/ they should be deleted:

• billmatepartpayment
• billmatebank
• billmatecardpay
• billmateinvoice

If the theme requires them, they will be automatically added again.

Prestashop version 1.4 can't load the modules configuration page once i uploaded the Billmate modules.

This could be due to that PHP´s memory_limit is set to low, try to increase it to 128 MB. Read more about increasing it here. The best thing would be to update to at least Prestashop ver. 1.5 but we have seen better performance with Prestashop ver. 1.4.11
