Change from copr to main repo

I believe that the Fedora main repos are finally good enough to switch over to, I have been running it on my laptop and the experiences is the same as copr.

Fedora now has an atomic branch for Fedora 42, you can rebase by
rpm-ostree rebase ostree-unverified-registry:quay.io/fedora-ostree-desktops/cosmic-atomic:42 to test it out, see if it's personally good enough to switch to.

The Atomic image has a weird issue where you cannot pin Workspaces. I wouldn't re-base to that yet.
