[BUG] r-rstanarm: build interrupted

Dont know why but it is always failed and log says:

Maybe building this takes quite a long time? Have you tried time_limit to extend building time?

Never, such time_limit_hours: 4? how long by default?

Have you tested on a local computer and seen what's happened? What error report is critical? Or can you see what's happened in log?

SIGKILL => OOM Killer. It triggered four times since yesterday (a new day has just begun 15 minutes ago), see memory usage..
