Documentation Required

This Repository contains code for Android App of Jagrati.
So requires a really good Documentation.

This would be done by various pull request with due course of time which would be linked to this issue.
This issue shall remain open for long and regularly updated by mention in pull requests.

Currently need to focus on README.md and other basic info.
