Replaced secret-to-file-action with echo command to create firebase_options.dart.
Added commands to print working directory and firebase config.
Update firebase config output to write to firebase_options.dart
Updated Flutter GitHub Actions workflow to enable caching and modify formatting command.
Added an additional echo command to create firebase_options.dart in the root directory.
Removed the display of firebase config diff from the workflow.
Add backup of original lib directory before formatting.
