Radar Color is Reset When Joining a New Map

Issue:
Radar color gets reset when you join another map.

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Change theme color to something different from the default color.
2. Enable Radar.
3. Join a game of The Skeld.
4. Join a game of a different map (Mira HQ or Polus).
5. Radar color will now be reset to the default, while your theme color will stay the same.
