Add the new coin feature SHARED_EVM_SIGNING to feature list of tflr & tsgb.
This feature will be used in BGMS & HSM to determine if coin should use common EVM signing.
Selecting tflr & tsgb for testing as these coins are still gated with no clear plan of un-gating yet.
