Add utility functions for working with BIP322 message signatures in PSBTs, including functions to add proof messages, check if a PSBT contains a BIP322 proof, and locate the input index for a BIP322 message. Issue: BTC-2361 Co-authored-by: llm-git <llm-git@ttll.de>
