bumped up the the mocha package and copy-webpack-plugin with the minimum amount to ensure serialize-javascript dependencies version >= 6.02 Ran yarn install after |

breaking changes with the Mocha update can be found here: https://github.com/mochajs/mocha/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md for version 10.0.0, the only relevant breaking changes involved is "Drop Node.js v12.x support," which is okay since the package.json requires Node.js >=20 already |
