Add ofcCantonToken/tofcCantonToken factory functions in ofc.ts. Add 15 WisdomTree SOL OFC tokens (crdt, epxc, eqtyx, flttx, lngvx, modrx, spxux, techx, tipsx, wtgxx, wtlgx, wtstx, wttsx, wtsix, wtsyx). Add 3 Canton mainnet OFC tokens (usdcx, cbtc, usdxlr) and 2 Canton testnet OFC tokens (testcoin1, testtoken).
