I can try help. What is your HW? Can you post picture of the board? I would start using FW from web to make sure, your device is ok. |

I recently purchased a NerdMiner V2 Ultra 250KH/s Edition that was supposed to be the TRUMP Edition. When it arrived, it wasn’t programmed as advertised. Since this is mainly a novelty item for me, I was really hoping to have that specific edition.
I contacted tech support and they provided the firmware. However, after attempting to flash the new firmware myself, I appear to have done something wrong, and the device is no longer functioning.
Could someone please help guide me through the correct process to load the new firmware and get the device working again?
