I need help with my ESP32-S3 N16R8 ch343; it won't boot after flashing.

I flashed it from the website, and I always get this error:

Once it gets here, it doesn’t do anything—I don’t see a flashing blue light, and I don’t see my wallet in the mining pool; it just gets stuck there.
