Replace proprietary license claims with AGPL v3 references in README, AGENTS.md, CHANGELOG, and TAX_FAQ. Add open-source metadata to package.json. Create .env.example template, GitHub issue/PR templates, and a CI workflow for pull requests. Vitest was picking up tests/e2e/*.spec.ts files and failing because they use Playwright's test.describe() API. Exclude the E2E directory so unit tests and E2E tests run independently. https://claude.ai/code/session_01J6k7mVunEtUvWQDpQFNrks
