Just like for the first event, I'd like to replace all the home page banners we have temporarily with one to promote the Designathon. After the event, we can switch back.

Just like for the first event (PR), I'd like to replace all the home page banners we have temporarily with one to promote the Designathon. There's also some added copy below the banner to provide a quick intro and links to the event page.
