Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the adoption section of the units and symbols guide to reflect the latest wallets and services using the ₿-format as of August 2025. The change transforms a single paragraph into a more organized list format while adding new adopters.
- Updates the adoption date from June 2025 to August 2025
- Converts the existing paragraph to a bulleted list for better readability
- Adds three new wallet adopters: Blitz Wallet, Wallet of Satoshi, and StashPay
- Includes an additional real-world adoption example of a vending machine using ₿ units
