What's Fixed

• Fixed PermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied: 'logs' that occurred during install for non-admin users
• App logs now write to %LOCALAPPDATA% instead of the install folder
• Installer now installs per-user by default - no admin rights or UAC prompt required

Windows may show an 'Unknown Publisher' SmartScreen warning during install since the app isn't code-signed yet. Click 'More info' -> 'Run anyway' to proceed.
