NexoPOS 6.2.2 is a focused follow-up release that strengthens the POS experience, expands accounting and reporting flexibility, improves extensibility for developers, and addresses several workflow and permission issues. This update also adds Korean language support and introduces new tools for controlling media, invoices, widgets, and POS cost visibility.

Highlights

Cost of Goods Sold in the POS cart

The POS cart can now display the cost of goods sold (COGS) for products. A configurable markup option gives store administrators control over how this cost information is presented, helping businesses compare selling prices with product costs directly during the sales workflow.

Korean translation

NexoPOS now includes Korean (ko) translation support, making the application more accessible to Korean-speaking users and providing a stronger foundation for continued localization work.

Media library selector and settings

The media library now includes a selector workflow and related settings, making it easier for modules and application interfaces to reuse existing media assets without repeated uploads.

Invoice figure visibility

Invoice configuration now supports toggling the visibility of figures, giving businesses greater control over the numerical details displayed on printed or generated invoices.

Multi-size widgets

The widget system now supports multiple widget sizes, allowing dashboards to combine compact indicators with larger information panels more effectively.

Accounting and reporting

• Added additional accounting rules to support more financial operations and business workflows.
• Introduced a new accounting event catalog for organizing rules triggered by application activity.
• Removed the inconsistent pair rule #2631.
• Added programmatic control over the columns displayed in the combined stock report.

• Fixed register refresh translations by using Laravel’s translation helper.
• Improved coupon eligibility validation against the products included in an order.
• Fixed an installment-related workflow bug.
• Removed the idle feature from Cash Register to simplify register behavior.

Developer and module improvements

• Added a Vue resolver for modules, improving dependency resolution for Vue-based module interfaces.
• Added an interactive guide API available to both the NexoPOS core and modules.
• Added 19 MCP tools to expand integrations and AI-assisted workflows.
• Fixed permission access failures caused by incorrect attribute usage.

Testing and maintenance

• Made the API route smoke test deterministic.
• Added supporting cleanup for the new accounting, media, widget, translation, and module capabilities.

Users running NexoPOS 6.2.1 should update to v6.2.2 to benefit from the latest POS, accounting, reporting, localization, and developer improvements.
