mzStudio is a proteomics data analysis, visualization, and notebook application that is written in Python.
It leverages the multiplierz project for access to raw mass spectrometry data files, and uses the wxPython AUI (advanced user interface) module for visualization of data and search results.
While the wiki is under construction, please refer to the mzStudio tutorial document (pdf file) in the repository, which has a detailed installation guide and overview of features.
Please note the wxPython website was redseigned, and wxPython 3.0.2.0 is no longer downloadable from the main page. Instead, it should be downloaded directly from sourceforge.
