Add README badges and improve project presentation

Summary

Polish the README for public consumption with badges, better structure, and visuals.

Tasks

• Add badges: license, CI status, Python version, Docker, PRs welcome
• Add a screenshot or terminal recording (asciinema) of the CLI in action
• Add a Mermaid architecture diagram in the README
• Add a "Quick Start" section that's copy-paste-able in under 2 minutes
• Add a "Community" section with links to Discussions, Discord (if created), and contributing guide
• Clean up the "License" section once Apache 2.0 is added (Add Apache 2.0 LICENSE #25)
• Add "Star History" or similar social proof widget
