KOI shell: network first contact not updating #32
Description
When using the KOI shell with a node set as a first contact in the network configuration file, if that node's RID changes it is not updated in the first contact fields of the other nodes in the network. This may happen after config is wiped of all nodes, and on reconstruction the first contact fields are not set to the new value.
