Why the rebrand?

I actually have no reason lol. I guess one reason could be that NoxesiumUtils already exists, and it uses the alias NoxUtils. (No hate btw, Neon goated)
Now onto the changes!

Classes are now found under me.iris.noxesiumapi instead of me.iris.noxUtils

  • Support for 1.21.3
  • Entity rules have had some tweaks to make managing an entity easier
  • Added the BeamColorFade entity rule and added support for End Crystals to be used in the BeamColor and BeamColorFade entity rules
