HELP: need code for a Demon slayer rpg bloxd im working on

I need help with mutiple places of code, first

I need a code so that when it is night (make it 40 mins) demons (players )can go out and do stuff, when it is day (2 mins) The demon slayers have time to run around and heal up and do stuff.

Would also like a permanent coding solution where they can choose to be demon slayers or Demons, (displayed in the floating name tag above their head) and it is permanent. (A thought would be make it so that a demon would have a value of score of 5000 which corresponds with the tag showing demon and different values for different ranks of demons, and a demon slayer have values of like 1000, 2000, 3000 and having different stuff then the tags so that it would work like 1000 would be a low ranking demon salyer, and once they got enough kills their value would hit 2000 or smth like that )

also make it so that demon slayers regen health very slowly and demons regen really quickly.

Would also like a coder to help with programming the effects and attack of the breathing styles for both the demons and slayers but seems kinda hard.

it will be fine for just night

I actually am making a similar project involving changing races so we might have some pieces of
code that we both need. I'll put the snippits/blocks in this comment. Great idea though I definitely will check it out!

The night day cycle can be done with the tick callback in World Code

The permanent option of choosing to be a demon or demon slayer is quite tricky as the bloxd.io api doesn't have a way to do
so but you can use items with custom attributes inside chest that your players can't open. I'm still finishing it up ill put it
below here.

U can store data (if player is demon or demon slayer) in moonstone chest.
Exemple : Red Wool for demon and Blue Wool for demon slayer.

You can also make when u kill that add one Wool in ur moonstone chest to save how many kill you have and add score with it.

Good idea, but storing in moonstone chest would let your players just place a red wool or blue wool, which is why i suggest using a chest
far, and blocked way in bedrock or spawn-protected. with a single item containing all players data this is the syntax i use:

attributes: { customAttributes: {playerData: dbid: {race, kills, deaths}}}

this might be harder to implement but it has some benifets:

1. previously mentioned, the player can't just change their race by changing the wool beacuse they can't open the chest or change the attributes

2. your players can use all the slots of their moonstone chest

3. its easier if you have tons of stuff to save to a single player like: race, breathing style, kills, deaths, currency, etc
