Added the configs to the wiki

The relative links don't work yet, and I don't know how to make them work.

Also, the index has two ToC, mine and the default one. I wasn't able to remove it with the {: no_toc } thing.

There are already some relative links on other pages of the wiki .. one example i found looks like this:
[here]({{site.baseurl}}/wiki/getting-started/Configuration)
