Seems like it's having an issue writing the the SD card - Please do a full overwrite format with the SD Card Formatter in the docs https://github.com/BlueSCSI/BlueSCSI-v2/wiki/Troubleshooting#what-to-try-first - 99% of the time this takes care of odd SD card issues. Try a second SD card as well just in case (also with a full overwrite format with the tool linked). |

BlueSCSI v2 Desktop (2023.10a - Pico W) Firmware v2025.08.02
I'm trying to image this drive (IBM DDRS-39130) using Initiator Mode. Previously I had an image using Initiator Mode that was good but I lost it. The drive is still readable in the the host machine (SGI O2) but now on the last two or three (?) firmwares I am getting these errors after awhile. I tried going back to the image I used to image the drive originally but still has the same issue. BlueSCSI runs perfectly fine on the host machine as well, it's just when using Initiator Mode that is giving me issues.
