Main shortcut in the iOS Lockdown system — built to secure your iPhone instantly during emergencies or confrontations.
Use this when you need to lock down your device fast, alert trusted contacts, and begin passive audio recording — all with minimal interaction.
✅ What It Does:
Turns Airplane Mode and Do Not Disturb ON
Turns Cellular, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth OFF
Enables Low Power Mode and Silent Mode
Reduces screen brightness and volume to 0
Resets Face ID to require passcode only
Sends an automated text message with your location to a chosen contact
Starts continuous audio recording (saved locally)
When you run this shortcut for the first time, follow the prompts and respond as follows:
- Prompt 1: Choose a contact to receive your emergency message
- Prompt 2: Select "Always Allow" when asked to save the contact
- Prompt 3: Choose "Allow" to share your location
- Prompt 4: Choose "Always Allow" to share location & contact in a message
- Prompt 5: Choose "Delete Always" to allow clipboard clearing
All permissions must be granted exactly as shown, or you’ll be prompted again every time the shortcut runs.
*To quickly return your phone to normal, run the companion shortcut: *Privacy Lockdown Reset
📲 How to Use:
Run manually from the Shortcuts app, your Home Screen, through Siri, or a widget. The shortcut takes over instantly.
Run the companion Privacy Reset shortcut later to restore normal settings and stop audio recording.
