How to:

Crafting:

1. Place 1 stick and 1 armor stand into a crafting table
2. Recive the "Armor Stand editor" stick

Use:

1. Right click while not looking at an armor stand to open the GUI
2. Select the function you want by left clicking
3. Close the GUI
4. Left/ right click on the armor stand to toggle the selected feature negative/positive (left/right, up/down, etc)

If you have multiple armor stands near each other press the keybind to toggle-swap mainhand w/ offhand and it will select/highlight an armour stand. Repeat pressing the keybind untill it has selected the armour stand you wish to work on
