Describe the feature you'd like

I would like to see anti-vandalism features added to BookStack to better support open/public wiki use cases. This includes:

• The ability to block or ban users by IP address or IP range
  

• Improved activity logging (e.g. tracking IPs of users and actions)
  

• A way to fully remove a user and all of their edits
  

• A moderation or approval of edits before they are published
  

Describe the benefits this would bring to existing BookStack users

With these measures, BookStack could be operated better as an open wiki and vandalism could be properly combated.

Can the goal of this request already be achieved via other means?

In a limited way. You could possibly run the IP blocking via the server, but you would have to enter the IP addresses manually, which is far too cumbersome.

How long have you been using BookStack?

For a little less than half a year.

I think this is a great suggestion, I'd never have a use for it myself as my bookstack is very limited to few people.

A way to fully remove a user and all of their edits

I think a good idea for this is in the user moderation page, where an admin is viewing a user:

Add a new section below Preferred language, could name it Actions. Move Delete User to that, add IP Ban and Purge (which would do what i initially quoted).

This feature suggestion is nice to have for those massive bookstack servers, though i would probably never have a need for it.
