Removes all duplicate CSS in Preferences > Markdown > Preview Style
This shouldn't change the look from any existing styling, just deletes and refactors. Combined some attributes into the same spot so they aren't in multiple places.
Issue 435
Tested changes on electron and web app (Firefox) on OpenSuse Leap 15.1
