Allow for syncing of Preferences

I'd like to be able to sync my preferences across all my instances of Boostnote.
Since I'm using Dropbox for syncing, maybe the config file could be placed there?
Or, I'd prefer adding it to my dotfiles. That would work well. I tried looking around and searching for a config file, but, I couldn't find any. Can someone help me with this?

If you are on Windows try this solution called portable mode #344 in development by ##1129

Sadly, I do not use Windows. I'd like a similar solution, though. While I don't mind installing Bootnote everywhere, I do prefer having my preferences synced via my dotfiles repository on Github. If someone knows where the preferences are stored, I'd be grateful.

Another idea is to store the boost note config in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/boostnote. See https://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html

@karanrajpal14 It seems that the config is stored in window.localStorage
On macOS, it's at ~/Library/Application Support/Boostnote/Local Storage

@l4u I doubt it, in my case, it's pointing to my Dropbox directory where my notes are saved and I do not see any configuration there. Just my notes and the name of the folders. I think it's in a different location on Linux.

copy https://github.com/BoostIO/Boostnote/blob/master/.boostnoterc.sample and rename it as .boostnoterc
I placed it at ~/

afaik BoostNote reads the file, but it does not write to it.

I'd still love for Boostnote to do this by default. Maybe we can have something like this in the future @kazup01 because it's cumbersome to change the preferences.
